I had a chat to fatzook about this one. You will need to know a few different things. How many pins on dizzy, different looms = different plugs, oxygen sensor, these are just a few from memory.

is that with a dizzy with a integral coil?
if so its from a late vitara, approx 95/96 model... from factory should use a three wire air flow meter..

my earlier (92) vit lwb had the five wire AFM, seperate coil from dizzy and used denso ECU.
the latest toy (a '96) has the three wire AFM, and the integral coil in dizzy arrangment and uses the Mitsu ECU.
in between there was a few years that used a three wire AFM and had a seperate coil.. but don't know the ECU manufacturer.. anyone got a '94 EFI Vit that can be checked?

I have an eng that i think is 92, 3 wire AFM & a separate coil with mitsu ECU.

Correct. And the ECU has a 2 plug arrangement for manual, or 3 plug for auto. The harness is made up of 3 parts including the loom that wraps around the block.
You MUST get the right loom, otherwise it will not work.

this is the motor we pulled out of my 94lwb when we swapped them over we ran into this problem so we swapped the dizzy over with my old one so it plugged straight in plus i had brand new leads, cap and rotor for it air flow meter plugged straight into the 94 model one but o2sensor was different.
it kind good cause now i know what year model the motor i got was.
