Hey all,

Indicator stalk needs replacing and quoted $$$ for OEM.

Looking around, I can see a couple of aftermarkets for 1984-1996 but worried about comparability - most are for SJ70. Main difference I could see is no intermittent mode in sj70 indicator assembly. Wondering if it’d fit and or work though.

Has anyone tried to fit one these sj70 aftermarket switch indicator assemblies in SJ80?

That question was asked a few years back.I don't know if its fits but if its any help when we purchased our Coily it had a SJ70 steering column,everything plugged in where it should and everything worked.
We didn't know it was the wrong one until we inspected a rolled Coily at a wreckers and notice the different switches and hazard light stalk.We assumed the Coily bits must fit the previous model as well.
Anyway we purchased the steering column and now it has the correct parts.
