Don't get a blue esky as the lids warp in the sun.

All the blue ones I have seen warp lids when in the sun.

white reflects heat (energy) and therefore stays cooler longer then colored boxes.

Thanks grabbed a Waco cool ice 55 litre. It's white and the walls look to be about 50 mm thick. And the best part was the price. $160 from bcf after they price matched with tent world.
I would have gone the techniice but it would not have made it here before I head away for holidays.

i normally run a beach towel doubled over on my eski and wet it down with river water ect... i get much longer duty cycles from my ice.. also any bottled water i take a pre freeze it to add ice content... then when head out fishing ect, i can use one frozen water as a ice brick in my 6 pack cooler to keep my lunch and drinks cold

find some where they can sell you dry ice, get a block before you go but only for frozen stuff... not beer ect as it will freeze everything and waste good drinks!
