Hi All,

This is a great site so many answers!! I am trying to figure out why my plugs would keep fouling. Could the huge hole in the exhaust be the reason or is it more likely something else?

LJ50? Too much 2 stroke oil?

What plugs are you using? NGK B7HS or Nippondenso W20-FSU should be fine. Lots of idling can lead to fouled plugs, go for a fast drive every now and again. Try NGK B6HS if fouling persists.

Is it all 3 cylinders that foul up, or just one or two? Could be an ignition issue, replace leads and/or cap.

You haven't fiddled with the oil pump actuating cable that goes to the carb, have you? It should be adjusted so that it just begins to open at the same time as the carb throttle plate.

And finally a dumb question. You're not running a fuel Pre-mix AS WELL as the oil injection?
