Has anyone been able to put a lwb vitara fuel tank into a swb? I am going to be putting a g16b engine in my swb and I am wondering how hard it is? I know I could use an electric pump and replace the fuel lines but I kind of like the idea of have a larger capacity.

I have done some rough measuring and a lwb tank seems like it is only a little longer so may just need some adjustment made to the mounting brackets.

Any advice on the matter is greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure it won't fit - there's a crossmember behind the rear axle it bolts to and the LWB tank won't clear it.

SWB EFI tanks aren't impossible to find.
