Hey I know this might be an absolutely retarded question but I got my 2" ome lift kit and I'm not 100 % sure which way the coil spring should go. I have the workshop manual but just on this it is quite confusing. The front springs have one end with the final springs quite close together and the other with the spring further apart and the rear springs are the same but on the end which the are close together are slightly flatten as you can see if the photo. Could some one please tell me which way it up on these coild springs. Regards Ryan

Usually the flat/close together end is the top. Pay close attention when you pull the of ones out. Also, make sure the bottom end of the coil is sitting right

These are the stock parts that you will take out, all the ends on the wall are the top.

You shouldn't have to remove the rubber boots on the top of rear springs with your OME kit.
I installed a Dobinsons kit and the top of the rear springs are tighter then the standard springs, the rubber boots didn't fit in the new springs.

As Scrawn said, it's pretty simple just take note of how they come out and make sure the bottom of the spring seats into the plate properly.
