Hey everyone. I'm wanting to put vitara front diffs in the front and rear of my wt sierra. I need a bit of help!! Is it a straight bolt up? Can I fit a sierra chromoly axle kit (front and rear) on to the vitara diffs? And I've got a swift gti motor with 6.5 reduction gears so is it recommended for driving around town with too? And would the diffs be able to handle my motor if I turbo'd it? Any help would be great thanks!

NO,

They will bolt up but they are made of alloy and will self distruct.

they are also geared way too low for the gearing you have unless your looking at 35s or bigger on the road.

So stay with stock diff gears? I was just wondering because yesterday I went on the beach locked every thing in 4wd and only my rear wheels where turning the shaft that goes to the front diff was turn but not the wheels so I was thinking it could be the diff and since I might be changing the front diff I would do the vitara diff conversion but I guess not hahah

hubs for sure, mine did the same about a month ago,
Also I am running vitara gears (5.12s) in mine on 31's with everything else standard, sits at 4000RPM at 100 in 5th so would not recommend.
I was lazy and left the front in the alloy housing, so far hasn't broken and its been in there for about 6 months with some not so nice driving....
