Dunno what WTs have but most japanese cars of the era simply have a rotary switch on the back of the ignition barrel. It should be fair easy to get to but might have tamper proof screws. Pull this off, swap it with one from another Sierra and you'l be good to go, won't have to change the keys or anything.
Alternatively you can get universal ignition barrels for quite cheap.
