0.9mig.

It's 2 bits of 10mm plate and all my work wants to supply is a 200Amp 240V welder.

So to get enough heat into it I turn it up to 11, and pull the wire back enough to pool. It's slow going but they fall off anyway

It's a 200lb fire extinguisher bottle bracket that goes onto the back of a D11T.

These are some bits I have weldee up at home on a cig 160 tig welder. The dump pipe is a combination of 2 1/4 and 1 1/4 inch pipe. The plenum is that box section which is 2mm stainless on to a 6mm plate with 4 2" holes with ppipe and flanges all welded on.

D10T fender stiffeners.

The plate I add to the fender weighs 78kgs by itself... That's as much as a Sierra chassis lol

For someone like me with limited knowledge of welding.... Some of these welds look like porn. Anyone want to do a tiny bit of welding for my sierra  for a fee of course!

Nice welding Joshy!

Anyone here done the MMAW AS/ME9, 2G 3G, 12mm plate test? I did mine this week and by shit is it a hard weld test. Took me 3 attempts to just past visual on each test coupon. Didn't bother taking pics as stick welding doesn't look all the great at the best of times

Not so much a close up of my awesome welds but here is the complete exhaust I made for my ke35 corolla. A full 2 1/4" dump pipe with 1 1/2" off the waste gate into a 2 1/2" mandrel bent system
