Hi Guys,

I seem to be having a problem with a loud noise in the rear of my jimny under flex. It is a very lound clang, and sounds spring related. Im running ultima shocks with tough tog springs.

Does anyone else habve this problem or know how to fix it?

Any help would be appreciated as the noise is quite off putting on the trails!

Andrew.

When the lift was installed did you loosen all of the control arm bushes and let the car sit for a while then tighten?

I read somewhere that procedure helps after installing a lift to coil spring 4wd's.

You also might have a loose bolt on the control arm bushes, this will give off a snap sound apposed to a clang sound.

I will have a look next time I go for a play, I'm going to try and catch it on my go pro. I do have a feeling that the springs are unseating.
