the next time anyone whinges about the place crashing, remember this time

I was happily asleep
I forgot to put my phone facedown to make it quiet
some twit liked something I said on facebook so phone goes fucking efrinreogfihregoihdgofsngflsdga and wakes me up
while I am awake I look at email
see email saying pm's broken, get out of bed to look, at midnight mind you
ALL FUCKING HELL BREAKS LOOSE including me staring at a screen saying the part of the database with the posts in it has gone
lots of googling and fucking around and wandering if the backups really work later and I get it to repair, all this geek shit you dont know if anything is happening till you have finished
luckily it worked, somebody ring work and tell em ill be late

This is what happens when you all compain about it crashing, I have NFI why it does but poke around trying to find an answer and shit breaks

so jsut put up with it and stop whinging FFS, at 1am this place truly wasnt coming back and I have NFI how I saved it.

nah it was good and then when I was about to go see look its all awesome with no changes at all it started going shit again

its not crashed so far today so see what happens, though I cant see anything I did would help

Something wrong with the database, was fine when I checked and sent a test PM this morning, which I assume the reply to is sitting there that I cant access now.

Or the tmp thingo is full again, I cant access any of that stuff at work to fix it anymore

Fixed it, the old something filling the tmp thingo again, no idea why its fine for a month and a bit then all of a sudden its full, unless China has hacked in and are trying to rip a manual backup of the site away to clone it lol

I told you if you keep sending those sort of pics of yourself to people, they arent going to reply

but seriously if it works for some it will work for all unless its a browser problem, which I have heaps of with IE, click submit and it just reloads the page

Nope, the webserver runs on a web GUI thingy (useless) or a console terminal thing that's all about the typing (that I mess up and nothing works)

I have no idea whats making it all go to shit of late, the only thing that normally fills the temp drive is the manual account backups which aren't in use
