I'm putting disk brakes on my 1L suzuki sierra by changing the diffs for Nt of a 1.3L, does this mean that i have to change over the master cylinder as well?

My 1Litre had front disks from factory.
It appeared to be the same Master cylinder as the drum brake models that I have seen..
But my rear drums had a residual valve, in the brake line where it bolts to master,
that I needed to remove for using disks on the rear.
I imagine the front may be the same?
