Hi ... Can we replace the real pinion seal without removing the diff ?

If anyone has any experience pls let me know

This has been argued about on here before, to do it properly, yes the diff needs to be removed and have a new crush sleeve fitted before the pinion nut is installed. To do it half arsed and have your diff crap itself a couple of months later, no you don't need to remove it.

I did mine 'half arsed' 18 months ago, and I've had no issues at all.
