Plus they have electronic throttle control, not cable like the m13a/15/16 NON-vvt(early Liana from memory? )/18 I think a blown m15a non-vvt will keep me happy

No mechanical link between the accelerator and throttle body (ie, no cable). Not sure if you could run another M-series manifold etc on the M16 sport motor, but I know there are internal differences ( strengthening) between the sport and other M-series motors. Blown M15a FTW! Fit one of these

What size blower is than Pete? Wonder how much boost the motor could handle? 6-7psi safely?

Wonder how much boost the motor could handle? 6-7psi safely? Eaton M45. I'd factor in some engine work before boosting it. Suzuki motors aren't known for their strength under boost.

Hey datso if you are after info about boosting a m18a have a look at this build http://auszookers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11310definitely one of the best upgrades of all on these forums. The only thing that could beat it would be a J24B turbo I was looking at the 4 speed auto also but its totally electronic with no chance to fully manualised it.

JrZook (our electronics god) and co were were looking at building some sort of stand alone control box for an AW4 a while ago, maybe get in contact with them?

I want to see clips of it running - or it didn't happen. ALthough I expect He must have finished it, no way anyone would give up after that amount of effort and so close to the finish line.

Spoke to suzistore today, they said it doesn't look possible. They currently are doing a "m" series conersion into a swb and they have used a non-vvt box with a Sierra 5spd extension housings on the back of the jimmy box. This means the stick still comes through the stock gear stick hole. Strength wise...no improvmeants So it looks like non-vvt box is the best option
