Quick question. how difficult (and legal) would it be to put these seats on the factory 93 Sierra rails and runners?

Got a pair at home but haven't put them in yet. I'm told they're the easiest out of all of them to fit. I think you just have to drill an additional hole in the back of each rail. It shouldn't be hard to get that mod plated.
