That's probably why it felt all loose at higher speeds. I had the exact same setup for a while, 215's bar and 15mm spacers. fit some caster correction bushes as well and it'll be even better.

ok trying to plow threw shit here, damper on jimny will mask the problem, but if you get the scary as shit wobble check bushes, kingpins and steering box. search the jimny wobble thread its full of info, i do believe a damper would help in some ways.

My vits steering box bolts came loose, also an item worth checking.

Thanks for the advise, what's the best type of castor correction bushes to get for the jimny?

If you don't want to be exact about it then stick on some 2.5 degree corrections. That's what I've got and it has returned the caster closer to what it was before the lift. I have noticably less tyre wear on the outside of the front tyres and it handles better and tracks better. To do it properly take it somewhere that does 4-wheel alignment and you should be able to figure what correction it needs to get back to stock.

Loads of differing opinions on what type to get, but the cheap poly bushes with the split in the middle are slightly easier to fit and improve handling on-road. But off road some say it might affect your suspension travel.
