cromos or the like

No. And they are no stronger anyway.

And just to prevent any future 'will this fit my coily' questions.....

No part of a WT sierra diff assembly will fit your coily, except for the rear diff centre ( wrong ratio).

All other parts are too short, wrong shape, or don't allow for the coily panhard requirements. Same goes for gearing options.
