Hey
I've been looking into turboing my 1.6 16v injected vitara motor and just wanna know how much is involved to do it and where would the best place to source what I need to do it also I wanna do non intercooled

The G16 is not a strong motor under boost. To do it properly you will need quite a bit of block prep. Have a read through oozuk's build thread.

canberramav has also gone through the process to do this for his comp sierra. Built internals etc.

Doesn't sound like you've done too much "looking into it" judging by those questions. Why on earth would you choose to run non-intercooled?

Well one reason I don't wanna run a intercooled is no room and it's stricly a trailer rig, crawling is all it does and I was only planning on 5psi boost and was going to put new rings and main and big end bearings in it

If you don't have room for an intercooler you don't have room for a turbo.
