Hey guys i have a hilux diff into sierra conversion kit including
Complete Hilux Front diff 4.88 ratio
Complete Hilux rear diff 4.88 ratio (welded Centre)
Suzuki to hilux high steer kit from lowrange
Spring Hanger kit from lowrange

Im after about 1500 for the kit or can install for you for a small fee.

May be interested in a swap for some parts for my 1991 sierra such as
air lockers
cromo axles
6.5 transfer gear
31 muddies
I can add cash for right swap

EDIT
I also have some other parts which can be added into the mix for a swap or cash
Longfield CVs to suit hilux
4x 2inch wheel spacers
Bundera Rear Diff Housing
2x 60 series air locked diffs centres
4x 16 inch air shocks

I have WT diffs with chromo fronts and auto locker rear and welded front.
31" hankooks on 15x8 rims. 85% tread?

Would be keen.

Complete locked and chromo sierra diffs 3.9 centres hub to hub steering arms and box with 31x10.5r15 Hankook Dynapro MT's on -23 15x8 rims with lots of tread bolted on.

You would be lucky to swap an airlocker for lux diffs. Lux diffs only go for $500 with steering conversion and all. Plus you've welded one of the centers so you've ruined the chance of anyone fitting an air/auto locker.

If dan has about $900 worth of diffs, let alone the tyres...

31zook - Josh isnt it?

Firstly, The highsteer, sky hilux bolt in diff conversion kit and u bolt flip kit from lowrange costs over 1100 landed. It then has to be installed on the housings, perches moved etc.

Secondly, 4.88 centres aren't easy to find and can be worth over $250-$300 bucks a peice going cheap, without housings axles and brakes. The fact that the rear diff centre has been welded has absolutely no impact on later installing an auto or airlocker.

Last of all, chromoly axles are $300 for a zook arent they? How much is a second hand auto locker?

Give the guy a break champ its not bad value at all if you have an idea of what you are looking at.
