that thing looks awesome... my only issue is the exposed radiator. probably not an issue to you but i do lots of dirt roads and i've had a headlight smashed from rocks flicking up from cars going the other way, could easily hit a radiator.

Intercooler

same problem still??
wouldnt wanna smash all the fins up with debris and such, maybe some crimsafe over it so it doesnt detract from the looks?

aftermarket intercoolers are not as delicate as people think and they're not really a "leave you stranded" problem if they get a hole in them. Also they're cheap as chips these days so replacement wouldn't kill the budget to much I imaginbe.

I concur completely!

Only grip I have is that the upright section with your recovery holes needs a laminated face/ edge, as it is currently illegal. Flatbar on edge is a danger to drunk J-walkers and furry animals.

Ah ok, the material is the same width as the factory tow points on the original bar, its 12mm thick with a 5mm radius on either side

Yeah im not too fused about the cooler getting knocked, took a fair pounding on the previous car and still looks good, might just occasionally need to take to the fins with two flat blades and straighten them, used to do it every now and then with my old track car
