haha the flex it will have when you drop the whole zuk onto the middle of a slider... im sure it'll move a bit still =)

If he used the body mounts like mine on page 1, There will be minimal flex. like mm measurements.

I haven't had to cut any thing to make the slider's fit yet, it was all pre-cut to make the 31's fit

Like most things, doing it the "best" way is time consuming and fabrication intensive. Installing doubling plates and crush tubes is a big job, but keeping the underside of the rails flush is pretty critical for capability IMHO.
Don't get me wrong, I think you've done a great job with your sliders, and considering you already have factory provided rock anchors (radius arm brackets) under the chassis, it's probably not critical, but I wouldn't be building anything that went under the chassis on my car.

Unless you weld the doors shut, go dukes of hazard style and have them coming up halfway up the car....
