Ok so time for a bit of an up date.

Ive been riding it to work most mornings un till the front motor mount cracked out, so I thought ok I'll just weld it up and that worked for a while till it happend again so I thought time to do it properly.

Started using the welder at work when gardener offered me a welder that I could have for $5 so I thought what the heck I'll give it a go

Image

Then I got a bit of scrap metal from the work shop next door $2 and proceded to reenforce the whole lot ( I think it actualy worked fairly well for $5)

The I bought some rubber mounts they set me back a fair bit, but I did have to specially get them ordered in the front ones are rated at 80 kg each and the back is at 35 each. If I break this set up I don't what else to do so hopefully it works

Now the next thing to so is get it painted so can put it back to gether and I have to make a new exhaust cause the motor has moved the old one won't fit so a good time to make an expansion chamber for the chopper

I had this idea, no rego, cheap fuel low maintenance, high death risk. Ended there

Well had a big day working on the chopper and I ended up painting it mat black and then got it back to gether enough to test out the rubber mounts and what can I say the paint job came out a treat and the motor mounts an epic fail the motor twists about 6 inches with out even turning over so I think I might go back to the original design and hard mount it and hopefully it wont break again cause of the reenforcing but that's for a nother day other wise the misses will be up me for spending to much time in the sheid
