well car is booked in next week for a 30mm lift at wilkinsons
is it advisable to replace the tie rod ends when doing this?
is there any other bushes ect recomended to do at the same time ?

yeah i guess but the tie rods are only like $100 and that way its all aligned at the same time that way im starting with as much fresh components as posssible

That is a good idea. Get the fitter to check on their condition, replace what is needed.
