Hay I can't find anywher that has turbo manifold for the 16b do 1300 ones fit cheers

no they don't fit.
You will have to make one, or get one made.
Whats your budget for the manifold?

was one on ebay awhile ago, under vitara, around 300 clams from memory

Which 1300 manifold fits a G16B?
G13a, G13ba and G13b don't.
G13BB may fit, but that doesn't help the OP as he needs a turbo manifold.

Mate i have one i will see if i'm going to use it it is one suited for a G16B Baleno engine, it is from suzisports or suzitech i think, it is second hand but it will fit your cylinder head i think. I will post pics up later.

The pipes pretty much line up with a bit of leverage. Its the header plate that wont work from the 1.3

You'll need to get a custom one fabricated. Talk to anyone who does performance work or custom exhausts.
Most of the turbo manifolds you'll see for a g16b are designed for a baleno engine in EW configuration.
Using this in your sierra/vitara will position the turbo in the wrong spot, most likely smack dab in the middle of the chassis rail.

Did you make this fat zook and if so pm me a price as I got the motor in on the weekend and I have a programable ecu and I like turbos already had a few turbo diesels and wouldent mind a turbo Sierra I think it would hall
