My question is will a intake manafold off a g16b beleno fit on a vitara g16b

yes it does

as long as they are both 16v motors

One thing to note, a particular version of 16v engine had throttle body injection. These had a different manifold (obviously), but also the head is different in that there are no pockets above the inlet ports (for the injectors).
