I'm partial to the Tyres I've got: Federal Couragia M/Ts

They're fairly robust.

I couldn't make a decision on the 33's. I think I will wait for the bighorns.
The bloke in the tyre shop said goodrich had some production problems late last year leading to a huge demand on top of the huge demand for bighorns. Hence the shortage.

I'm a big fan on Japanese production and he did me a killer deal on a set of Sumitomo 31's for the mean time.

Hopefully they will arrive tomorrow or Wednesday.

5 of.

Swifty, they are on cammo. They are fitted to 10" wide rims which really are too wide for the tyres. And I figured I should sell them while they are still soft rather than let them sit and rot for another 3 years.

Hey guys just curious, how much do 31's put out your speedo?

Bigger tyre size will give me a wrong reading right? So speedo says im doing 60km when im actually doing something higher?

Ive already lost my license once, dont really wanna do it again :P

5km/hr slower at what speed? cos at 100km/hr its only 5% which is well within manufacturer variance... lol

thats cos a 235/75 is 11% larger than a 205/70... so 60km/hr is really more like 67... plus your speedo can be out a touch anyway so 70 would be about right.

it doesn't matter how expensive it is... if it doesn't have the signal strength/satellites it won't be accurate
