im new here and yes i have seached but can not find anythin to help. i had one transfer case that when i went from 4wd low back across to put it into 2wd it got stuck in neutral while out 4wding. luckily only aprox 10kms from home. anyway on friday i put a new clutch (old one was worn) and also installed another transfer case to which it was working fine when i had it on the work shop floor tested it for a good 10 mins to try get it to do the same thing and all was fine.

now yesterday and today i went out 4wding again and to my suprise it has done it again. TWICE (GRRRRRR) to fix it a have to pull the boot off ect and pull stick out and put it back in its proper hole. has anyone else and this issue? as i want to fix it this week so i can go 4wding all friday.

sorry if i havnt explained myself properly if any more info needed ask me and ill help out. its just really annoying me.

so basically the transfer is getting jambed into neutral.

also does that involve pullin down the transfer case or it goes on the end of the shifter?
