ok seeing you make no sense I am guessing you rolled it and hit your head
and now oil is coming out the sparkplug hole?
let it sit and drain back a bit, bung the lpugs back in, check the oil (and airfilter) and give it a cautious crank and if it turns over let it fire and keep the revs up till the smoke stops

time for a 1.6 EFI upgrade then
you can go through the hassle of rebuilding it but its dear and they never work as good (I cant wait till in 30 years time somebody comes across this thread and curses me when there is no engines left at all)

just rebuild it. get a kit from repco (about $400) and change the pistions, rings and con rod bearings if every thing else is fine. you can do it with out even pulling the engine out. just drop the sump and pull the head off.
give it a good hone and set the rings right and you'll be fine. the last engine i did like this was turbo'd and i had no problem with it.

what about the rooted oval bores?
how is he going to measure them or even know whats right and whats not?
how will he measure or know it hasnt hammered a piston from detonation and stuffed up the crank?
why spend 400 on new bits and stuff em into an old engine, bit more will get it machined but then without somebody in the know the tools to reassemble properly will cost heaps more
$500 buys a vit engine

i said if every thing else is fine if not it has to come out a be pulled right down and checked over. its just another idea
$500, if i could find one for that much that doesn't need a rebuild i wouldn't be looking at putting a isuzu engine in mine.

i'm only going the isuzu (gemini) engine because i have it in the shed and i have a 1 ltr chassis so its about the same work as a 1.3 suzuki but with more power
its easy as, how many ks has youe engine done 1st? if its heaps itd pull it out and do the whole engine if not just pull the head off drop the sump and away you go.
get a workshop manal and it will tell you what to do. 1st thing i'd do is make sure the bores aren't ovaled, if it is you need to pull the engine out and get it machined. just do it with a ring and a pistion make sure the gap is the same over the whole bore.

I've built about 5 suzi engines now and mine quite a few times while mucking arround with the blower I run , Your engine no matter how old will need a bore to clean the cylinders out , mine cost $90 dollars .
Then you will need new pistons , mine were $160 fo 40 thou pistons , rings were 70 dollars for chrome molly and new bearings were $140. I bought a monotorque gasket set as they are a complete set , and the head gasket is much better quality.
That is $460 for a new bottom end as long as the crank is good , just check the bearins for wear but I didn't have any.
Then I would also get the head checked , if you want head work which will make it go a lot better it will cost max $350 , and about $80 to shave the head. I got the inlet and oulet ported to match the inlet and outlet manifolde and the valve guides chopped right out.
The cam can be reground for about $130 or there abouts , so toatl cost was $1020 for a fully recoed motor , that's if your confidant to rebuild the motor yourself , this will give you more performance than standars , alot more actually , I push 35's with this , but I do Have forced induction and a throtle body injection as well , but it goes shitloads better with the head work.
If the head is good I would still get it shaves and you could do it for $670 and you don't have to muck arround installing another engine , Cheers Paul.
P.S. Don't use one of those crappy 3 legged honers , they make the bore out of round and also taper it , use a bottle brush honer , they don't take any steel out of the block.
