What specifically are you stuck on? Basically to wire a motor into a car, you need the wiring diagrams for both cars. Essentially the easiest way is to strip the new harness down to just what the motor needs to run, the connect the relevant power wires fro mteh new harness to the existing harness from teh old motor. To work out whats what you use the diagrams.

Thats a very basic explenation. Im just south of Newcastle, if you need a hand i might be able to help out.

One of the reasons I got out of mechanics is all the electronic / antipollution / computer baggage. Bring back the days when a wire from the battery to the coil would get ya going. :D

Wiring up motors isnt that hard You just need to figure out what provides the pulse to the injectors and trace the fault in that. Usually the crank angle sensor provides the ecu with cranking/rotating speed which it uses to trigger the injectors. I would start there. If you are still having troubles i can offer a bit of a hand later on in the week. PM me if your keen.
