That's odd, i'm running similar and hit around 4000rpm @ 100kph
NT centres
6.5 Rockhoppers
235/85R16 tyres (approx 32")
4000rpm @ 100kph
With the 1.6 16v it has plenty of pickup off the line.

33' tyre
4.6 vitara diff gears
4.19 transfer gears
Approx 4000rpm @ 100km/hr
1st low could be just a flyshit lower and i'ed be super happy, but I would want it taller on the hiway more than anything.

That might be hard, they are going in mine!
Sierra was:
G16b GV motor with Sierra 5 speed.
4.9 Transfer gears
3.7 WT diffs
couple of different 31" tyres
~ around 3500rpm at 100km/h (depending on which set of 31's it had on).
Very happy with low range, high needed a bit more reduction to get the rpm up, hence putting 3.9s diff in it.
LJ80 is:
F10a with LJ 4 speed
LJ50 3:1 Transfer
4.875 diffs
same assorted 31" tyres shared with the Sierra.
~ somewhere around 6000rpm at 100km/h (hard to tell, as it gets rather brutal at that speed ) Happier to sit on around 5500rpm at 90km/h
Low range is good, not great; mainly due to first not being a crawler gear, but slightly too low for a "speed" gear (2nd being too high). High range is stupidly low!
