If your springs are in good nik then go Spacers. If your springs are shagged no point getting Spacers.

Also how high and will you need to replace shocks anyway.

I only want to put in 40mm spring spacers so that i can fit some 215 muddys on it is a 2009 jimny brand new. Few months old. Will i need to replace shocks ? or will it be okay with the 215's and the shocks allready on the car? But wont give me any extra travel?

You'll top out your shock's, if thay are not already buggered thay soon will be.
If you car is close to 100k then the spring will be sagged, putting spacer's in won't give it more travel, just lift the car.

Save..............................

Yeah what that guy said. 20mm is the most I would add to stock shocks on the Jimny, you might aswell get a full lift and then look at the options if your tyres still touch.
