True, quite a few trucks fitted with Detroit lockers as std. Some cars also came factory fitted with Detroits.

i think if something comes from factory it is legal, if its after market it is illegal. take turbo timers for example.

well my spartan came yesterday will be putting it in 2moro. still dont think its gonna be a lockwrong or clicky clicky bang bang. most people that seem to bag them (not anyone in particular here, just in general ) have never used them, they just jump on the hater bandwagon.

the lockrites if set up properly are fine. I've had mine in my rear diff for a few years and it is perfect. No probs, no noise, bangs, clicks...
