How does "Plus" ULP rate?

http://www.unitedpetroleum.com.au/index.asp?pgID=66

I had been using it on my 2000 GV and now am running it on my 88 Sierra (with G16A EFI) without any problems.

I've always thought the higher octane rating (95 Octane) compared to the usual 91 was a good thing, and the 10% ethanol wouldn't hurt the engine, but i could be wrong.

Yes Plus/Premium ULP is much better, its all i use now... it has alot less additives than standard UL, which contains alot of Sulpher, hence the rotten egg smell you can get sometimes with just standard UL, just makes the engine run dirty, the Zook engine, i believe, was designed to run on the higher ( 95 Octane ) fuel, so using a 91 Octane UL, is just less than a Zook deserves...

So do you use E10 in your Zook now ?

Well, considering the PLUS ULP is cheaper than standard ULP (2c/Litre due to government subsidy) at least here in darwin, yeah its all i use.

Not that i'm worried about 2c/litre, but if the car likes it, why not?

Rotten egg smell is cause your cat converter is buggered and is now pumping out cancer causing toxins that kill kittens amd medium size birds

Sulfur is in oil to lubricate slidy stuff, gas oil has more of it too
