Well my 93 estate went in to get the Air Con regassed as I couldnt figure out why it wasnt getting cold...
So took it in and the Cooling guy re gassed it and did a test on it and found that the air con would cool down to -4 degrees but wouldn't kick off.. so it would eventually freeze and stuff the Pump..
He Looked under the dash and saw so many cut and re-taped wires that he was actually confused as to what to look for...
So tommorrow it goes back in for part 2 of fault finding.
While he was there he Serviced my Fan' Clutch as it was sooo loose the fan was blowing in the breeze....
If he cant find whats wrong with it then he needs to install a Thermostatic Switch and stuff....
More Money!!!
At the rate I am going I will be Bankrupt before the end of the WEEK!

Air conditioner now fully working, Re Gassed and all..
Damage was a Tad High though..
$500 for a WHOLE retro fit, Meaning new Thermostatic Switch,Compressor,Cooling Coil.. the works.
Turns out my Vitara had been Electrically "Gutted" and some one had removed the stuff they should have left the hell alone...
I have no headlight reminder or anything.. it has been ripped out...
