Well...
I am Slowly Upgrading my Viagra I mean my Vitara and I am I want to know what you would do as the next upgrade as they all cost around the same...
(All prices are fitted)
Snorkel : $660
Extractors : $460
UHF/CB with 4db Antenna : $590
I am just not sure what I should do first...
my Priority is to get the security done first as I wanna keep my Vitara where I park it but what would you do as the next upgrade?

I think all of those items could be had for considerably cheaper amounts, and I would put the CB first, or even suspension upgrage.

depending on what you want to do with it the most
is you do a lot of beach driving with mates then the UHF
if you drive through lots of deep water then the snorkel
if you have $500 odd to burn look at putting it to some nice suspension or better tires

If you don't drive in a convoy (eg. go out with a club), the UHF is not much value. I've got a UHF in mine plus a couple of 0.7 Watt Uniden Handhelds in the door pocket that cost me $100 for the pair). The handhelds are great for spotting and guiding and work fine for club convoy purposes as well.
The old car mounted UHF I got cost me nothing, but I bought a good antenna ($125). If funds are tight, go some hand helds in the 0.7-1 Watt range, grab a compatible cigarette plug power supply from Jaycar so you can charge them while on the move, fix the rest and come back to the UHF set.
There is lots of things you can do before the snorkel. (I'll get one, one day). Can't comment about the extractors, mine came with them.
Cheers
Rod

I had a 97 coil sierra stock that i would drive up the cost all the time and if i hit a head wind i could not push past 95 in the 110 zone then once i got the extractors she drove 10 times better and i now could do 115 into the wind on the freeway no troubles, i say get extractors first as they will make a difference every time you turn the key!!

If looking for a UHF, have a gander at Prestige Communications. They have bundled deals (unit and aerial) which are cheaper then everywhere else I've found. I'm looking at buying a bundled kit as my handheld ins't very good even on club runs due to the hilly country. I think that's due to the stubby/crappy aerial. The fact that it's 0.5w isn't too bad.
I was thinking about mounting the aerial on the cross bar (roof rack) to get the best reception.
