When you put a snorkel on that else needs to be waterproofed, inside and outside for a 88 sierra

In the first pic I can see a clutch cable, a booster,a master cylinder and a heater tap.
Second pic looks like possibly the pollution control crap that's under the glove box. (Hard to tell from a crappy pic though.)

Ok pollution control sounds prob right, it was under the glove box
I have an air con system, only jsut got the zook and the belt is off the compressor.
the air con control box?? one of the hoses isnt connected to anything, should it be?

ccording tothe manual it is the ECM and the black plug in the engine bay is a compensator for travelling higher up mountains ?

ahh so the air line not plugged in should be jammed into the carby and then il have warp speed?

No... Its zook remember. Unless it has somekind
of insanely large engine, your zook will never
reach WARP SPEED
