Yesterday i started making a bracket for some rear lights, then it went a bit crazy from there and turned in to something completely different. Last night i was playing with Photoshop....

I used this photo from last weekend...

Image

and made a tube tray design.....

Image

so today i had to make the damn thing...i changed it a little and added some side rails (these were the light brackets i made yesterday, now they're side rails)

Image

Image

I flexed it on the ramp to see where the tyres go... very close but all clear...

Image

I'm only half way through, i still have to add some round lights in the back section.

This is all scrap, i used an old sierra rollbar hoop for the top tube, and the rear supports from the rollbar for the lower tube.

nah, started this today. I have a 2L V6 front cut that just needs a fool tank and pump and then we're ready for ignition. There's too many projects around here :?

You still want my fuel tank Steve.

What's the motive to tray the buggy, a bit more rear weight??

Greg, I have some lights i wanted to put on the back, and thought it might be good to have it looking a bit more like a ute instead of a buggy. There's not much weight in the bar work at the moment, but i guess when it's finished there might be, not sure if that'll be a good thing or not. It may also reduce clearence capabilities, so i guess we'll find out.

want33s, i couldn't sell the bar so thought i better chop it up.
