if your getting the complete kit you get Panhard Rods & Adjustable Caster with it.

only other thing would be brake lines.

don't think you need to change anything else. but don't hold me to that

Mine has 40mm Springs with 50 mm spacers but has sagged about 10mm. So 80mm

If i went down that track 40 mm with 50mm spacers, Whats the advantage/Disadvantage over a 80 mm lift kit?

If that makes sense

I'd like to eventually upgrade to 80mm springs.

That said, I think if you want the best articulation the 80mm springs would be the go. I've just gone this setup because I already had the springs but wanted more clearance. I think running shorter springs with spacers is probably a better ride on road though. Mine flexes quite well.

I had 60mm lift prior to this setup and did not notice a problem with the brake line length although I reckon they were probably very close to needing longer ones. 80mm definitely needs longer lines, I was shocked when I saw them all stretched out when flexed.

My Jimny with toughdog 80mm kit. Id recommend 15-30mm spring spacers at the front as well as extended brake lines. Reason for the spring spacers is just to level out the car.

BTW tyres are 31's on 15x7 rims.
