i've been fitting a 2inch body lift kit to my vitara i managed to put the 2 front spacers on but im struggling with the rest im not sure how to get the bolts out so i can get the longer ones in there.... can anyone help me out?

They are fixed studs, they don't come out. You need custom female bolts.
