I did the same thing, 1.3 to G16A 8V and then 16V G16B, the G16A was a good conversion but I rather felt that I'd only done half a job. The G16B has a good amount more top power but makes the same torque below around 3000rpm, it makes a difference on the road, you'd have to decide whether that matters to you. I got a coil pack Baleno engine cheap so it was worth it to me, the engine will mount up to the adapter plate and you can reuse the oil pump pick up mod and sump from the A motor too.
I don't think there is any comparison between the G16a (carby) and G16B - they feel like completely different engines.
It's not just the improved ability to rev and the increased power, it's also EFI drivability and simplicity - They just run and run and run. The G16B I have in Piggles came out of an early LWB (I think it's a 92, so it's over 20 years old) and it just runs like a top. Sure, it has engine wear, but I don't have to add carby rebuilds and flaky drivability to the engine wear - the EFI functions perfectly.
Also, I see you are twin locked - EFI's performance on angles alone is enough to warrant the conversion.
