Im running a 2inch EFS lift on a 2011 Jimny. Would a rear panhard and or shock relocation brackets be needed or improve my setup?
I also get a clunky sound from the rear suspension when it articulates. Would either of these brackets get rid of this noise?
Any info or opinions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Afaik the clicky clunky noises are normal.
I don't believe panhards or relocation brackets should be required at 2" they won't make the noises go away at any rate.
Others may have a different experience though.

As Steve said, although adding the shock relocation brackets will save your rear shocks from bending or popping the bush out of the shock eye, you may need a limiting strap or coil retainer though to stop your rear coils from falling out.

The noises from the rear are probably the coil springs moving on the spring seat. Another possibility is the exhaust which hangs pretty loose on the rubber hangers and can move around a lot. My muffler used to hit the tow bar.
I don't think the relocation brackets are needed and if you use the shock relocation brackets you need to be careful about fully compressing the shocks.
One thing you should do is fit adjustable panhard rods. The after market ones are much stronger than the original ones. I agree with the others that for 2" lift you won't need any relocation brackets.

I rather prefer the type that can be adjusted on the car. Some need to have one end free to be adjusted but that type at least can never work loose. One thing to watch is the shape of the front Panhard. The Left Hand Drive models use a different shape rod and I am sure that some of the designs for sale here are actually for the LHD vehicles. I got mine from Outdoor Auto in Brisbane but I think they are all pretty much the same and all better than the stock rods.

ODA and JB order from the place. I had my panhards before JB existed.

They've still got the blue panhards listed and the black ones in the 3" kit look the same except for being painted black. Even has the same bushes.
