hey there i starded building my winch bar on friday after noon it is pretty well finished now bar couple little odds an end its houses my tigerz 11 6000pound winch it took alot longer than antisipated mainly because i made templates off every single bracket and guesset i made for other poeple to use iff they wish her is some pics

Thought about sheeting in the wings? In front of the winch as well come to think of it. Number plate?

hahahahhahah yeh i have the number plate that sits just above the fair lead i bolted it on after this pic was taken and i do wana put those wing plates in so i can fit fog light to it i ran out off time this week end unfortunately

Yeah I like that one, any idea how much it weighs? I might be interested in making a copy, is it possible to send copies of the templates via internet?

Is it my imagination - or - is that winch hanging below the mounting plate? That would not be the strongest way to mount it.

Reckon you're imagining it - have a look at how it's built (pre-fitting cradle and paint shot with it off the car)

50 mm offset I'm pretty sure and 30x 9.5 have a look in getting rid of stuff I always see em for sale bud

Nah bud it's 40mm od and 3mm wall thickness I just brought a 6m length and had enough left over to do one slider need another 3 Mtr length

We're are u located bud I work at a ship yard in Brisbane we have a man dual bender here if u need a hand so I don't have to use a piece off shit press bender anymore

Press benders are good for doing long sweeping bends like my bar just do like 6 pumps every 50mm

I'm glad to hear it! How do they go with the tight bend you have done on the corner of your bar where it follows the corner of the car? I'm totally new to bending metal though I've done a fair bit of metal work
