So mechanic has rebuilt my engine and came across the washers for the rocker covers are fooked. They appear to be silicone or rubber coast steel washers. anyone know whether the washers standard or readily available? The rebuild kit did not have these included, and mechanic hasnt been able to source them. any help appriciated. thanks

They would be included in any good head rebuild kit.
I'd contact kit supplier.

I have 2nd hand ones on an old 1.6 motor, that look ok, if ya can't find any, and if they are the same size
