Started fabbing up my new winch bar last night. unfortunately i didnt have my camera so i could only take photo's today. Pretty similar to LTM21's design but i will have 3 tubes on each wing (at this stage) and a hoop over the top to mount lights.

Just make sure you drill some holes near the front of the winch plate for water to drain out of.

Drill the holes out, bolt it up with some nice fat crush plates or washers with the right 10/12mm hole and weld them in place? Not the sort of application you want any slop!
Looks good and solid otherwise - weigh a bit?

I drilled them out to 11mm so there is bugger all slop atm. i will probably do as u suggested and weld the washers on though for piece of mind.
Yeah it is heavy but once ive got the tube wings on ill cut away some of the unnecessary plate like on the side plates above the winch plate and on the winch plate itself. Using pretty light gauge pipe for the wings so overall it should not be too heavy, maybe 20kgs
