hey again guys..

more problems..


for some reason.. when driving.. after you get over 60-70ks or so.. when you sudden release the gas pedal.. the car just stalls.. start it up again and its purring fine.. i know that doesnt seem like much info.. but that is exactly what happens :( G16a engine in my coily sierra

and help would be great!

$$ to anyone that wants to come and fix it or knows of a solution and will come and help..

sick of mechanics ripping the shit outta me :(

carby, fuel pump, or crap in fuel most likely.

i wouldnt say its fuel.. after 7-8 tanks of different fuels from different providers.. still shits itself.

way of testing the fuel pump ?

couldnt be something like a leaking vacuum hose ?

I test fuel pumps (only on carby cars) by removing fuel line from carby, fitting it into a jar,
then turning engine over see what pressure comes out, and wether theres crap in fuel.
Be careful to keep away from spark plugs..kaboom

If fuel pumps are dead, they can crap diaphragm bits into carby.

Yes vac hoses and a myriad of other faults are possible.

Somebody who knows the 1.6 carb engines could help more.
