I have just done a carby g16a conversion on my sierra, the head has been off the motor, everything was put back how it was before I touched it. It will only run on 2 cylinders and backfires, I have swapped leads around but no difference, I took the rocker cover off and verified that the spark is going to the right cylinder at the right time and it is. Any suggestions? :(

It was aligned with the marks, I put it back the same way it came apart but I don't know whether it was right when I pulled it apart.

Wouldn't swapping the leads fix that though? It didn't.

Turned the dizzy 180 degrees and it wouldn't even run on 2 cylinders.
