I've got myself BenT's vitara drum to disc conversion kit, which I may say that is very well made and I recieved in only a couple of days, I expected it to arrive mid week.

Anyways, basically I'll need new rotors, after a quick search in the DBA catalogue I've found this.

Suzuki VITARA 4 Door (ESTATE) LWB 91-98
Part # DBA 514
Rotor Type: Vented
Diameter: 287

Suzuki VITARA JX, JLX SWB 2 Door 88-94
Part # DBA 513
Rotor Type: Solid
Diameter: 290

Mine is a '92 model LWB, it seems that both rotors are suitable but I am wondering which would be better suited to be on the rear. Most 4 wheel disc brake cars have solid rotors and the rear calipers from a VR4 HH Galant, in which the kit are ment for are solid disc.

Solid rotors are the wise choice but the little voice in my head is saying, bigger and vented is better.

In saying that what do you think would be better suited and which ones to order?

doubt you get a choice, what thickness rotors are the calipers designed to work with?

Geez.. what happens when you open the box upside down?

You don't see the instructions which clearly state I need Sierra rotors, explains that vitara solid rotors are similar but shouldn't be used because of the 1mm offset difference and whaddya know it even gives me the part number of DBA 510.
