i was just wondering how hard is it to remove the sound deading stuff off of a jimny cause mines a bit wet.

that stuff is never easy to take off =) its probably quicker to park it with the heater on and the windows open just a touch and get the inside of the car nice and warm to dry it out.

I guess you want to lift the carpet some to get some airflow and maybe get it in the sun to help lift it into teh air

get/borrow/rent a hot water extractor and give the area a good clean as the smell can get pretty bad and let it do all the work of getting as much water out as it can then leave doors open for about an hour.

speak to a car detailer in your area for more options/help
