As the title states, you have a chance to own a piece of AZ history, If any of you are familiar in the trips section "my epic solo mainland mission" well nows your chance to own a chunk of that story.
I'm basically shifting it due to spending too much time and money on it and not getting my flat tray built which has a time line.
1992 Tin top shorty,
1999 G13BB 16 Valve Jimny motor,
AMR300 Supercharger, remote mounted,
5.14:1 Calmini Transfer gears,
31" cooper stt's just about rooted.
2"spring/shackle/body lift,
winch bullbar,
rear swing away carrier with jerry holder,
tinted windows (35%) CD player,
New battery,
Roof lights and bullbar lights,
10 months Tassie rego,
Rear lockrite locker
Lightforce 240's and UHF not included.
BAD POINTS:
Lockrite locker is shit to drive on the road, wouldn't recommend them to anyone,
Steering box is rooted,
Rust in the widetrack flares and the tin panel that holds the plastic trims on between the flares.
None of the above is engineered, but straight bolt in, so highly plausible
Recently made it to QLD from Tas, also has new conrods and bearings, headgasket and vrs set due to a hydraulic in a river, however now runs fine.
SOLD! Gone to a good home

don't be weak, buy it & do the epic reverse mainland mission.
this thing motor's along nicely, it's the only 1.3 sierra that i haven't had to pull over & wait for it to catch up on the open road.

It went together in stages, so taking apart won't hurt it's feelings!

Pity it's so far away (from us in QLD) and wouldn't get rego here anyway. I have a mate looking for a tintop who'd be keen as on this. Think it might be a little over his budget though (wants to get something and do it up himself)

Thanks Stevo, Pretty much finish the flat tray. Driveline is mostly done, needs a couple of solid weekends spent on it, then its the funner parts, wiring, tray fab, bodywork. The sort of stuff you see good results from
Plus I crashed the GTi into an xtrail, costing me $3000, so my build has taken a back seat while I repair that. Only had third party insurance.
