Got a leak from the bolt at the bottom of the fuel tank

Last week i emptied the tank, let it dry for a few hours then put some semi-permanent gasket goo that said it was "resistant to fuels" and put it back together. Seemed to work for a little while, now its leaking twice as bad.

Just wondering what else i can try, or if i just need to use more goo

its dripping fairly steadily at a few drops per minute.

Soap will temporarily stop the leak....
Otherwise
remove the bolt and replace the fibre washer.
